Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to observe and protect client sites, conduct periodic patrols, and report incidents to maintain safety and order.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid NYS Security Guard License, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to understand and communicate in English; standing for long periods is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 years U.S. work history may be required.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively.
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
