Job summary

Altitude Trampoline Park West Jordan in Utah seeks energetic team members to join as Court Monitors, ensuring a safe and fun experience for jumpers. You will enforce park rules with a friendly, professional approach and help guests with check-in and general questions.

The role includes supervising activities around jumping surfaces, working with a team, and handling Jump Time purchases and concessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Completion of in-house safety training.
• Cashier experience is a plus, but not required.
• Food handlers permit is not required, but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and enforce park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner.
• Remain alert and supervise guests with all senses.
• Establish and maintain a safe environment around jumping surfaces, airbags, and other activity areas.
• Work as a team with all Altitude Trampoline Park employees.
• Greet and check-in guests.
• Work as cashier for Jump Time purchases and concessions.

Altitude Trampoline Park West Jordan, UT is looking for energetic individuals with a passion for guest experience to join our team! Our Team Members are tasked with maintaining a safe and fun environment for all Altitude Trampoline Park jumpers.

What You Need

A Typical Day

• -As Court Monitor you will communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner
• -Remain alert and use all senses while supervising park guests
• -Establish and maintain a safe environment for patrons in and around jumping surfaces, airbags, and other activity areas
• -Work as a team with all Altitude Trampoline Park employees
• -Greet and check-in guests
• -Work as cashier for both Jump Time purchases and concessions
