Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required upon hire; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients using the nursing process and clinical assessment.
• Administer medications and treatments per policies and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation per care standards.
• Develop and execute patient care plans with physician/hospital guidance.
• Participate in department performance improvement activities.
• Engage in patient and family education and support continuity of care.
