Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures.
• Ability to inspect product quality, labels, pallets, and packaging accurately.
• Basic computer, data entry, and paperwork documentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Safely and efficiently manage inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and documentation.
• Ensure loads meet weight limits and customer specifications.
• Inspect trailers, pallets, labels, and shipping paperwork for accuracy.
• Secure shipments and complete bills of lading and related paperwork.
• Keep loading areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Coordinate unloading of raw materials and deliveries.
• Stage finished goods and raw materials for production and shipping schedules.
• Support inventory rotation and prevent shipping errors.
