Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Grand Haven/Spring Lake area is seeking an experienced Day Shift Caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors. The role runs part-time during daytime hours (7a–5p) with every-other weekend availability.

You will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transfers and mobility, transportation, and errands. Candidates should be dependable, flexible, and capable of working independently to keep seniors safe and comfortable at home.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of direct care experience required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive within coverage area.
• Ability to work independently and be flexible.
• Day shifts 7a–5p with every other weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care to seniors.
• Assist with personal care and meals.
• Perform light housekeeping and medication reminders.
• Assist with transfers and mobility; provide transportation and errands.
• Support caregivers and ensure continuity of care during open shifts.
