Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Surveillance: monitor cameras and patrol for suspicious activity and hazards
• Access control: verify IDs, issue passes, and allow only authorized entrants
• Emergency response: respond to alarms, incidents, and medical/security emergencies
• Incident reporting: document and report incidents and concerns
• Patrolling: conduct routine foot patrols of the facility
• Customer service: assist employees and visitors professionally
• Safety inspections: identify and report safety risks
• Conflict resolution: handle minor disturbances calmly
• Collaboration: work with team, site management, responders
