Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire date.
• Two (2) years of registered nursing experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes patient diagnoses, problems, and goals to meet patient and team needs.
• Provides resource for patient and family learning.
• Leads interprofessional teamwork to manage changing priorities.
• Delivers safe, quality nursing care and mentors staff.
• Participates in patient care planning and policy adherence.
