Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Athens, GA is seeking a Retail Pharmacist for day shifts. The pharmacist ensures that all pharmacy employees provide service and function in accordance with laws, regulations, and company standards, and will cover when the Pharmacy Manager is not present, reporting to the Pharmacy Manager.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or higher in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited program, and Georgia licensure (PHARMD).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy with a Bachelor's or higher in Pharmacy Required
• No experience required
• Previous experience with pharmacy/employee management Preferred
• Previous student or pharmacist experience in retail pharmacy Required

Responsibilities

• The pharmacist ensures that all pharmacy employees provide service and function in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as company philosophy, polic ies and service standards.
• The pharmacist will work when the Pharmacy Manager is not present and will report to the Pharmacy Manager.
