Job summary

Arby's, Inc. is seeking a team member to operate as part of a day shift crew, delivering friendly, fast, and reliable service to guests in a busy restaurant environment.

You'll work with a close-knit team, learn the meat-forward Arby’s brand, and uphold high standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. This role supports both part-time and full-time schedules and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be available for a minimum of 3 hours covering 11AM-1PM
• Must be at least fourteen (16) years of age
• Positive mental attitude (PMA)
• Strong work ethic and team player attitude
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide service to our guests.
• Operate in accordance with established performance and operating standards as set out in the OSM and Team Member Handbook.
• Serve our customers quality food.
• Meet or exceed all service standards.
• Present a pleasant, good-natured attitude to every customer.
• Replenish and rotate supplies.
• Keep the parking lot, lobby, dining room, kitchen, and restrooms clean.
• Arrive for work on time on those days designated on the schedule.
• Be dressed in a clean and proper uniform.
• Perform such other duties, as directed by the manager.
• Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.
