Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• NBRC CRT or CRT Respiratory Therapy credential; BLS required.
• ACLS & PALS within 3 months; NRP within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient's respiratory status.
• Applies and evaluates appropriate therapy.
• Performs respiratory therapy procedures per prescription and policies.
• Instructs patients about prescribed therapy.
• Operates and maintains respiratory care equipment; shares information with care team.
• Supports department research for quality assurance.
