Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• All certifications are required upon hire (RN license, BLS, and any instructor certification as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; planning; implementation and evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provides relationship-based patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity.
• Partners with the patient and family using appropriate communication methods and keeps goals central to the plan of care.
• Practices using current clinical practice standards and supports shared governance.
