Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per resident plans, including meds administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily clinical tasks.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of changes.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care environment.
