Job summary

You will unload deliveries, use pallet jacks and forklifts, assist customers, and help with daily store operations across shifts, including mornings, afternoons, or nights as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Forklift or power equipment experience (3 months).
• Warehouse inventory handling and stocking experience (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and answering questions.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries and complete dock prep using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following hazardous materials rules.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and balers as needed.
• Support team by completing other assigned tasks.
