Job summary

Mölnlycke is seeking a 1st Shift Production Technician in Wiscasset, ME to operate and monitor production equipment for hydrophilic polyurethane foam. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, quality, and reliable production in a 12-hour rotating schedule.

The position offers steady work with a starting pay of $21.75/hr plus a $2.00/hr shift differential, paid breaks, benefits from day one, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) with company match, with strong opportunities for growth within a global

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team-based environment and help meet production targets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Basic mechanical, math and computer skills; SAP a plus.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment used to manufacture hydrophilic polyurethane foam.
• Perform quality inspections and testing to ensure specifications are met.
• Accurately record production and quality data in computerized systems.
• Package finished goods and prepare product for shipment.
• Collaborate with team members, maintenance, quality and supervisors to meet targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement for safety, quality and efficiency.
