Job summary

Kawneer Springdale, AR is hiring immediate full-time day shift manufacturing positions. You will operate or work around heavy equipment on a ConOps schedule with 12-hour days, alternating between 4 days (48 hours/week) and 3 days (36 hours/week).

Employees receive medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage from Day 1, plus a 401K match (up to 6%), about 11 paid holidays, vacation, and potential Performance Pay based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must pass physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered.
• Shift-based schedule with 12-hour days on a ConOps plan.

Responsibilities

• Operate or work around mobile equipment and cranes.
• Work in environments with varying temperatures and PPE.
