Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Process Lead Team Member at our Arcadia, WI complex. The role focuses on leading a team in safety, quality, efficiency, and yield, with independent judgment and a path toward higher supervision.

The candidate will operate within the department, training staff and optimizing processes to meet Pilgrim’s standards. Requirements include a high school diploma/GED and poultry/food industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus; 6–12 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses independent judgment to provide instruction and work direction to team members.
• Trains and motivates team members to achieve quality and productivity.
• Monitors performance and directs operations of assigned processes.
• Promotes good communication and safe work practices.
• Schedules staff and resources to maximize efficiency.
• Ensures safety, quality, and policy compliance; may issue coaching.
• Maintains records and supports process improvements.
• Participates in meetings and trains others in skills and knowledge.
