Job summary

Jostens is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for our Clarksville, TN facility. The role focuses on maintenance and repair of printing presses (Heidelberg, KBA, Komori, Kodak Inkjet) and related equipment.

You will diagnose malfunctions from blueprints, perform advanced troubleshooting, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely service. The position requires 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to read measuring

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Good computer skills with MS Office, especially Excel & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, schematics and drawings to diagnose equipment failures and root causes.
• Perform complex troubleshooting and repairs with on-site machining and maintenance tooling.
• Coordinate repairs with vendors and contractors for timely service.
• Assist in installation, relocation and commissioning of production equipment.
• Minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability to support production goals.
