Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is hiring for a Plant Operator role in Arkansas. Perform routine operation and maintenance of sand and gravel production equipment to ensure safe, efficient throughput.

You will handle material movement, support loading activities, and keep a clean, safe work area while adhering to safety standards. The role requires physical work, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

Physical Demands

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks using hands, arms, and legs
• Sufficient vision, hearing, and coordination to operate equipment and work safely in an active environment

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
