Qualifications

• Venipuncture and arterial puncture techniques required.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic calculations.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong verbal communication with patients, staff, and physicians.
• Ability to organize tasks and maintain workflow.

Responsibilities

• Performs, within acceptable limits, the standard venipuncture procedures in the laboratory.
• Demonstrates accuracy and precision in performing procedures.
