Qualifications

• Experience in prep for paint environment is helpful but not required.
• Ability to use basic tools related to paint prep efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Remove parts that must be removed for the paint process.
• Cover parts/areas not to be painted with tape, paper, and plastic.
• Apply blue stain to all fiberglass parts.
• Sand and scuff all areas to be painted.
• Perform bodywork repairs found during prep.
• Blow off and wash the unit with proper chemicals.
