Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas in Reno, NV is seeking a Warehouse/Materials Associate to support production through accurate picking, packing and material movement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires reading and writing English, High School diploma or GED, and comfort with WMS and handheld scanners. The shift is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with a benefits package including insurance, 401k match and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and work instructions.
• Identify parts and components and move materials using manual equipment.
• Use WMS; read tickets; pick, move or process items.
• Label, weigh and package products; ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain organized work areas per 5S standards.
• Escalate quality issues as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
