Staffmark is hiring a Packaging Associate in Santa Ana, CA. You will support warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while ensuring orders are completed safely and accurately.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and previous warehouse/training is beneficial. Duties include operating equipment, labeling, quality checks, and maintaining GMP-compliant workstations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to manufacture products.
• Fill, package, label, and seal products per specs.
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Weigh and measure ingredients according to production formulas.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations per GMP and sanitation guidelines.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Monitor equipment and report any mechanical issues or product defects.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and SOPs.
• Assist with inventory counts and material replenishment as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
