Job summary

Four Hands in Texas is hiring a Lift Operator for day shift warehouse operations, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You will help maintain efficient inventory flow, use an order picker and RF scanners, and ensure items are handled with care and accuracy.

You’ll perform routine equipment checks, verify contents against orders, address discrepancies, and contribute to a high-performing team while meeting productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2+ years of order picker forklift experience.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with WMS and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Raymond order picker forklift to fulfill orders.
• Use RF scanners to pick and verify inventory items.
• Unload shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents with PO/packing slips.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and order pickers.
• Safely place inventory into racking locations and maintain organization.
• Process paperwork such as customer orders, labels, packing lists, stock receipts.
• Follow SOPs to maintain inventory quality and adapt to changes.
• Meet productivity targets while managing resources.
• Document inventory discrepancies via ICAR and report issues.
