Columbus McKinnon Corporation is seeking a warehouse associate to handle timely receipt, put away, and picking of parts for the 3X Built to Order assembly lines. You will maintain inventory accuracy and respond to internal requests throughout the day.

The role emphasizes teamwork, basic computing and math skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a climate-controlled facility with paid holidays and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs safely.
• Experience driving a box truck preferred.
• Basic computer, measurement, and math skills.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Self-directed with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once.
• Ability to be flexible and adjust pri orities to reflect changing needs or job demands.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Timely receipt, put away, and picking of parts for the 3X Built to Order assembly product lines.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and resolves discrepancies.
• Picking of parts for the ETO and 7X product line.
• Monitors email requests from various departments throughout the day.
• Other duties as assigned.
