Job summary

Leclercfoods is seeking a Production Operator at our Kingsport site to help ensure smooth operation of production equipment and maintain product quality. You will support safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor.

You will contribute by applying safety standards, adjusting equipment during changeovers, conducting quality tests, collaborating with operations, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams, and actively participating in process improvements.
