Hamilton Grove, a Greencroft Communities community, is a nonprofit, faith-based continuing care retirement community focused on serving older adults with dignity, compassion, and respect. We’re looking for a part‑time nurse for our day shift to help provide dependable clinical care and build meaningful relationships with the residents we serve.

The Opportunity

• Position: Part‑Time Nurse


• Shift: Day shift, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.


• Setting: Memory care, long‑term care, and assisted Living


• Location: New Carlisle, Indiana

Compensation

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $31.21-$32.42/hour
Registered Nurse (RN): $35.80-$40.66/hour

What You’ll Do

As a member of our nursing team, you’ll play an important role in maintaining residents’ health, comfort, and quality of life. Your day may include:

• Assessing residents and responding to changes in condition


• Providing medications and treatments according to established care plans


• Delivering hands‑on nursing services tailored to individual resident needs


• Communicating with physicians, families, and other members of the care team


• Maintaining timely, thorough clinical documentation


• Following applicable nursing standards, community policies, and regulatory requirements


• Helping create a safe, welcoming environment for residents


• Supporting the emotional and social needs of the people in your care

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a nurse who combines sound clinical judgment with genuine compassion.

Required:

• Current Indiana LPN or RN license


• Dependable attendance and a strong sense of accountability


• A resident‑first approach to nursing care


• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and coworkers

Preferred:

• Previous experience in long‑term care, senior living, memory care, or Alzheimer’s care


• Familiarity with the unique needs of older adults living with dementia
