• Administers medications and treatments within license scope.
• Assists with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, hygiene, mobility and related devices.
• Observes and reports changes in residents' condition to nurse on duty.
• Assists residents to dining room or serves tray as needed.
• Documents resident incidents and maintains records.
• Responds to emergencies or disasters appropriately.
• Prepares and maintains resident records.
• Assists in orienting new residents and staff to the facility.
