Job summary

Trinity Health’s Forest City Family Medicine clinic seeks a Medical Assistant (MA) or LPN to join our day shift team in Forest City, IA. This full‑time role supports physicians and other providers by patient prep, vital signs, documentation, and basic clinical procedures.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Requirements: accredited MA program (certification/registration within one year preferred) or accredited LPN program with Iowa license. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must have completed accredited Medical Assistant program.
• MA Certification/Registration preferred but required within one year.
• OR must have completed accredited LPN program with LPN license in Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Supports physicians and other providers by patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures.
• Coordinates patient flow and maintains accurate medical records.
• Ensures a positive patient experience in the clinic.
