Job summary

Kelly Services seeks a Material Handler / Warehouse Associate for 1st shift in Rincon, GA. This role supports loading, order picking, labeling, and general warehouse operations to keep shipments moving smoothly.

The shift runs Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with mandatory overtime at 5:00 AM and occasional Saturdays. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 8–10 hours, and maintain dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and move for full 8-10+ hour shifts.
• Dependable attendance and flexibility for mandatory early morning and Saturday overtime.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and consolidate customer orders for shipment.
• Manually load/unload freight and transport merchandise using hand trucks.
• Stack, stage, and shrink-wrap pallets in designated warehouse areas.
• Use RF scanners to verify freight accuracy and update inventory.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
