The Material Handler is responsible for efficient handling, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished products, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production lines, and upholding a safe warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior shipping/material handling experience preferred in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills are essential.
• Capability to utilize problem‑solving skills.
• Must work well with others and support team members.
• Able to use interpersonal and communication skills daily.
• Self‑motivated and positive attitude required.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive supply requests from production for materials.
• Accurately pick items and deliver to production area promptly.
• Organize and maintain warehouse for safety and efficiency.
• Pick, prepare and stage finished products for shipment per orders.
• Verify shipping documents for accuracy.
• Receive, verify, and store incoming materials per quality standards.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Assist in cycle counts or inventory audits as required.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report issues.
