Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in California to move material and inventory through the facility, using hand trucks and scanners. The role supports operations with packing, labeling and counting tasks, and requires adherence to safety and 7S standards.

Typical schedule is M-F, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Candidates should be at least 18, able to perform basic math, and read safety documents. Warehouse experience is a plus; strong teamwork is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• 1 year of warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support operations by moving material and inventory throughout the facility.
• Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment.
• Pack, scan, kit or count products as needed.
• Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment.
• Work safely to protect yourself and teammates.
