Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience required with 4-5 years.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals; proficient with Oracle reports and IMS.
• Strong team skills and ability to work with engineers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor standards and process flow to meet production and customer requirements.
• Execute goals and objectives for the plant.
• Improve a process to create a quality product.
• Ensure standardized work is in place for all processes.
• Maintain safety standards and lead training and coaching.
