Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education includes a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years related experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily maintenance operations for assigned areas.
• Directs activities of employees to perform equipment repair and preventive maintenance.
• Directs or performs layout work for projects as needed.
• Consults with engineers and vendors as needed.
• Checks repairs are done correctly and efficiently.
• Supports site-wide maintenance including packaging, process, mechanical, electrical, building maintenance and stationary engineering.
