Job summary

Qualifications

• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider is REQUIRED.
• CA Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is REQUIRED.
• Vocational Nurse IV Therapy/Blood Withdrawal Certification is REQUIRED.
• 1 Year CNA or LVN experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs individualized nursing care for patients under the direction of an RN.
• Uses and documents assessment data, participates in planning, executes interventions, and evaluates outcomes.
• Communicates with patients and families to educate on Plan Of Care and treatments.
