Qualificações

• Active North Carolina nursing license required.
• CPR certification required per agency policy.
• Be flexible, organized and able to exercise independent, sound judgment in duties.

Responsabilidades

• Provides skilled nursing as ordered on the plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
• Documents changes and updates in clinical notes and orders.
• Communicate significant patient status changes toClinical Manager or Director of Clinical Services.
• Request modification of orders based on patient status and nursing judgment.
• Participate in agency activities and adhere to MGA policies and handbook.
• Report on time to complete allocated work within schedule.
