Nightingale in Monticello, AR is seeking a compassionate LPN to join the Day Shift team and deliver high-quality patient care in a premier healthcare setting.

As part of our nursing team, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support care plans. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and positive patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Arkansas.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or acute care setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of registered nurses, including administering medications and documenting patient information.
• Assist with initial patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement physician-prescribed interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and patient-centered outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records, including medication administration records and patient charts.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
