Job summary

Embassy of Cambridge seeks an experienced LPN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. The role requires adherence to regulatory standards and effective coordination with the nursing team.

The LPN will administer medications, assist in care planning, and ensure documentation accuracy, while maintaining compassionate resident care in a dynamic facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active LPN/LVN license in the state.
• Experience delivering direct patient care in a long-term care or similar setting is preferred.
• Ability to follow physician orders and administer medications safely.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participate in care plan development and evaluations.
