The Wellstar Health System, Inc. seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work day shifts in Georgia.

Under the direction of the physician and nurse supervisor, you will provide direct patient care, prepare patients for exams, assist during treatments, coordinate tests and follow-up care, and document care in the medical record across all ages. You will promote health, participate in evidence-based practice, coordinate tests and follow-up care, mentor staff as needed, and uphold NFLPN standards

Competenze

• Licensed to practice as an LPN under Georgia Nursing Practice Act.
• Experience providing direct patient care across age groups (neonate to geriatric).
• Ability to document and coordinate tests, care, and follow-up with patients and families.
