Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking compassionate day-shift Licensed Practical Nurses to join Clovis Healthcare & Rehab. The role supports high-quality care and may include our Pay in Lieu of Benefits Program, potentially adding up to $4 per hour.

You will work under an RN, delivering nursing care, administering meds, and guiding support staff. We offer a supportive, team-focused environment with opportunities for growth and advancement in a long-term care setting in Clovis, NM.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
