Job summary

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance needs. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and a dependable, punctual work ethic on Monday through Friday

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean interiors of buildings: floors, carpets, rugs, windows, walls, and general tasks.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors across offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other areas.
• Remove stains from chairs and upholstered furniture.
• Dust furniture, lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and moldings.
• Empty trash cans and clean trash cans and ashtrays.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.
• Clean and maintain restrooms; replenish supplies as needed.
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers to disposal area.
• Clean trash and snow from sidewalks if necessary.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request missing materials from supervisors.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions or maintenance needs.
• Maintain a cleaning chart indicating areas cleaned and inspected.
• Follow safety and precaution rules.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Close doors at the end of the night shift.
