Job summary

Kreate in Georgetown, TX is seeking an Injection Molding Operator to run UBE machines, launch molds, and drive productivity improvements on the shop floor. You will train teammates, monitor cycle times, and ensure first piece approvals meet engineering standards.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, can perform in a fast-paced environment, understand materials/resins, and can lift heavy boxes. Experience with Wittmann robots is a plus; join us to help Kreate build reliable, high‑quality

Qualifications

High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills required.
Attention to detail is imperative.
Must be able to multi-task.
Must be able to lift heavy boxes on a regular basis.
Wittmann Robot experience is a plus.
Able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain production efficiency to the approved standard.
Experience in setting up and launching first piece production.
Knowledge of resins and their performance under process parameters.
Processing experience with open and closed loop systems.
Basic understanding of mold construction including materials and function.
Maintain work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing, and keeping it in orderly condition.
Communicate with previous shift to receive important job information.
Communicate with supervisors when there are issues.
Complete other duties, as assigned.
