Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency scope
• Educate patients and families about conditions and post-discharge care
• Maintain infection control protocols and safety: monitor equipment as needed
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions as appropriate
• Document care thoroughly and participate in performance improvement activities
