Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Housekeeping Aide for Meadow Lakes in Mooresville, IN. This full-time, day-shift role runs weekdays with some weekends, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, on-site responsibilities including cleaning and laundry to create a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.

You will work as part of a caring team, upholding CARE values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence—while supporting residents and maintaining facilities to high standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.
• HS diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience, or equivalent.
• Ability to perform cleaning and laundry tasks to maintain a safe, sanitary environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning and laundry services for residents and facilities.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, homelike environment for residents, staff and visitors.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality senior care.
