Laphcc is seeking a day shift, full-time Maintenance Technician in Quitman, TX to support our healthcare facility with upkeep and repairs. You will assist skilled maintenance staff and handle routine electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of general mechanic or building maintenance experience. Excellent communication with teams and patients is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• One (1) year of general mechanic or building maintenance experience.

Responsabilités

• Assists skilled maintenance workers.
• May perform simple repairs on electrical equipment and machinery or minor repairs to the facilities including painting, plastering, carpentry and plumbing.
• Effectively communicates with personnel of other departments, medical staff, patients and co-employees while performing duties.
