Responsibilities

• Performs routine environmental cleaning in patient rooms, restrooms, and public areas according to established protocols.
• Interacts professionally with patients, visitors, staff, and the public; maintains service-oriented approach.
• Follows HIPAA, infection control guidelines, and PPE protocols.
• Handles soiled linen and medical waste and maintains confidentiality.
• Delivers and stocks clean linen; monitors par levels; data entry via handheld/desktop devices.
• Operates cleaning equipment safely and reports maintenance or safety issues.
