Job summary

Lingo Staffing is seeking a reliable Forklift / Equipment Operator for 1st shift in Summerville, SC. The role requires operating sit-down and reach forklifts, loading and unloading, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of forklift experience, good communication in English, and dependable transportation to join the team and support daily logistics operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years forklift/equipment operating experience.
• Experience operating sit-down and reach forklifts.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Must wear steel-toe safety shoes.
• Must be available to work 1st shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment as assigned.
• Operate sit-down forklifts and reach forklifts.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials.
• Perform equipment inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
• Follow all company safety procedures and instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
