Job summary

The Simplot Company is seeking a forklift operator at our GF Plant in Ontario, United States. The role runs 6:00am–6:00pm and pays $22.62 per hour. You will move pallets, perform stock counts, and support safety and quality checks on the production line.

Required are a GED or equivalent, with a Lift Truck endorsement within 30 days, and basic math/reading abilities to follow labels, schedules and instructions. No relocation assistance is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or related experience/training.
• Must obtain Lift Truck endorsement within 30 days of starting.
• Ability to read instructions and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move pallets and products, recording stock.
• Perform physical inventory and weight checks as required.
• Support shift operations and training of others as needed.
• Report equipment issues and assist in maintenance.
• Ensure safety and quality checks are completed.
