Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Fork Lift Operator to join a premier manufacturing client in Byhalia, MS. The role focuses on operating a sit-down forklift, inventory accuracy, and safe warehouse practices in a large facility.

You will handle pickup, pallet staging, RF scanning, and loading/unloading duties while contributing to a clean, organized 5S workplace and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a sit-down forklift (required).
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.
• Attention to detail with inventory and order accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift for 80% or more of your shift, with remaining time on picking and material handling.
• Use manual pick sheets, pallet staging, and pallet wrapping to support warehouse operations.
• Perform inventory tasks including cycle counting and maintaining accurate inventory.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring orders and materials are accurate and in good condition.
• Use RF scanning tools to track product movement and verify accuracy.
• Follow all safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment in line with 5S principles.
• Collaborate with your team and support other warehouse activities as needed.
