Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL's DHL Supply Chain in Fort Worth is hiring a Forklift Operator to move stock in a fast-paced warehouse. You will load and unload shipments, operate stand-up, sit-down, or electric pallet jacks, and support inventory accuracy in a safety-focused environment.

The role requires a forklift certificate or training within 30 days, ability to lift 50 pounds, and preferred experience with RF scanners and case picking.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or forklift training within first 30 days.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Six months forklift operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts or power equipment.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment with exact counts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with records and reports.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Verify load count, stability, and report variances.
• Change equipment battery or LP tank and monitor power.
• Keep equipment and area neat, clean, and orderly.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Perform daily inspection of equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
