Warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operators

These operators are vital to the success of our business at P&G. As a technician, you will work on a team that is responsible for keeping site throughput flowing, meeting performance goals, and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver materials to or remove materials from making, packing, converting, or assembly operating areas.
  • Deliver and remove finished product from a packing area to other areas in the warehouse.
  • Receive orders required to load product on a truck for customer or distribution center shipment.
  • Move material to a staging area for palletization or customization, and from manual pick stations which include individual cases or layers of finished product.
  • Maintain accurate finished product inventory in a warehouse.
  • Handle product that has been shipped to a customer and then returned to P&G.
  • Act as a system owner or equipment owner for the area in which you operate.
  • Operate and maintain equipment in your area.
  • Order and schedule trucks, international shipment containers, and rail car deliveries to and from the plant.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong commitment to safety at all times.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment.
  • Highly preferred: mechanical skills that contribute to the longevity and smooth operation of equipment, reducing downtime and enhancing overall productivity.
  • Maintaining accurate records and data.
  • Working computer knowledge.
  • Display strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Flow to the work mentality and hungry learner.

Pay

Starting pay: $22.43 per hour with up to a $1.50 shift incentive. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
